To change your subscription plan you need to be logged into your account via the web browser.
Changing your subscription is not possible in the app.
After you are successfully logged into the website, follow these steps to change your subscription plan:
1: Click on the icon in the top right corner of your screen.
2: Click on the word: ‘Account’
3: Scroll down to the header ‘Subscription’ and click on ‘Update’
The following pop-up will open:
Here you can select whether you would like a month or year subscription.
4: When you have chosen your preferred subscription click on the red ‘Continue’ button.
After this you will receive an overview of your choice.
5: If this is correct click on the red ‘Confirm’ button.
You will receive a confirmation that your newly selected subscription plan will start at the beginning of your next service period.
You have now successfully changed your subscription plan.
