My network connection is not working or is too slow, How can I solve my network problems?

Is New Faith Network too slow or is the page buffering? This is often due to a weak or bad internet connection. Videos are often buffering or loading for a long time, or the web page won't open. In the image you will see 'error' messages such as: "Can't connect". 


To fix this, you can do the following:

Try turning your device off and on again. If this does not solve the problem, you can switch your internet router off and on. Leave the internet router turned off for 10 seconds before turning it back on. Then check if the network problems are solved.


Is the problem still there? Check with your internet service provider if there are any known outages or other problems.
